This checklist will guide you through every step required to launch a campaign successfully on Laddar – from campaign setup to reporting.
- Campaign Setup: (DATA)
- Click on the campaign menu and click the “+”
- Choose campaign type (Data or sales campaign)
- Define campaign name and description
- Set end dates, click “CREATE”

Define campaign name and description
Select customer uniqueness
Tick payment and shipping (if required)
Set an end date and click “CREATE”

LOCATION GEO – FENCING (If needed): allows you to restrict agent activity to specific geographic areas. Only agents within the defined location boundary (e.g. city, neighbourhood, or store radius) can participate in the campaign, helping ensure accurate targeting and accountability.
- Click the campaign menu, click on the manage icon
- Scroll down to “location geo fencing”, click “+”
- Define the location name, input the Google map address, and the cover radius.
- Tick “Enforce sales geo fencing” if you want to restrict sales within a location radius, click “CREATE.

- Product Setup (For Sales Campaign Only)
- Click on the product menu, click on the “+”
- Define product Name, Description, and Price. Click “CREATE”
- Click on the manage icon on the new product
- Add product options and upload product images’
- Select how you’d like to manage inventory
- Click “CHANGES”, go back, click on “attach to campaign” action

SALES COMMISSION & INCENTIVES (If required, for Sales campaign only):
Click the campaign menu, click on the “manage icon”
Scroll down to sales commission, click “+”, input Amount
Tick “Enable instant settlement” if you want commission paid immediately after a sale, click “CREATE”

SALES INCENTIVES:
Click the campaign menu, click on the “manage icon”
Scroll down to “Sales Incentives”, click “+”
Define (name, target type, number of sales, reward type, interval, date), CLICK
3rd Party Access (If required): Third-party access on Laddar allows clients or external stakeholders to view real-time reports and performance data for a specific campaign without needing full access to the entire Laddar platform.
- Click the campaign menu, click on the “manage icon”
- Scroll down to “3rd Party Access”, click “+”
- Input the email address, and click “Send Access”
- An email containing the access link will be sent to the provided email address

- No–Code Onboarding Form (Data Forms) – Create a custom data capture form
- Click on the data form menu, click on the “+”
- Define a name for your data form
- Give each section a name and description.
- Choose field types (text, dropdown, image upload, Google map address, calculated value, related dropdowns, etc)
- Test the form for formatting (click on the web or payment link on the “manage icon” on the campaign menu
- Attach the form to a campaign using the blue icon under the “ACTIONS”

- Agent Management (Add, Upload, Assign to group or campaign):
- Click on the Agent menu, click on the “+”/upload icon to upload a CSV file (download format for guide)/assign to group or campaign/ message agents
- To perform individual actions (message, edit, disable, delete) on agents, click on the “actions” next to each agent’s name
AGENT GROUPS
Agent groups allow you to segment and manage specific sets of agents within a campaign. You can group agents by location, performance, role, or any custom criteria.
- Click on the agent group menu, click “+”
- Define group name, click “ADD GROUP”, click on the “blue eye icon” to view the group
- Add or upload agent list, or upload/add directly from “Agent menu”

- Shipping Fees (If required):
- Click on the shipping fee menu, click on the “+” icon
- Define a shipping fee name, click “CREATE”
- Click the “edit action”, set coverage areas (flat or based on location)
- Go back, click on the blue icon to attach to the campaign.

- License Purchase:
Note: Wallet has to be funded.
- Click on the License menu, click (+ purchase)
- Define purchase name, quantity, and duration
- Confirm the total cost, and click purchase
- The total cost would be deducted from your WALLET

Final Go-live Checklist:
- Test Product visibility to agents
- Test data form submission
- Confirm shipping plan (if needed)
- Launch campaign and monitor live activity
- TRACKING & REPORT:
- To download the campaign report, click the “manage icon” on the campaign, and click REPORTS to download.
- Click on the “Insights/sales/records icon” to track live activity
